When you send the consultation form: your name, email, phone number, country and message. When you browse, and only according to your cookie choices: device, browser and usage data, and ad-click identifiers.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and arrange your consultation (steps at your request / contract); to send the estimate and surgeon suggestions you agreed to receive (consent); to measure our website and advertising, including Google Ads conversion tracking and personalisation (consent, where required).

Who we share it with

Our partner surgeons and authorised healthcare facilities involved in your care; service providers that host this site; and Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) for advertising measurement when you allow advertising cookies. Data may be transferred outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless law requires longer. Cookie data per our Cookie Policy.

Your rights (EU / UK)

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

Your rights (US residents)

Residents of California and other US states may request to know, delete or correct their personal information, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising.
